Youtube sounds exactly like utube doesn’t it? Well a couple of months ago users fell for it and visited utube.com trying to get to youtube. This shut down utube since it got millions of hits. So they decided to sue youtube and apparently create spammy pages to gain money from all of this traffic.
A couple of years ago, 10 to be exact, a company started a website called utube. Out of nowhere another guy started youtube of course some users don’t know the difference when they hear it. But now as utube is moving to sue youtube for the unnecessary traffic it seems it’s also trying to take advantage of the youtube traffic by putting up ads to completely unrelated pages (to the company). Here’s a nice image of the spammy links on the homepage of utube:
I can’t believe they are complaining after youtube made them the most popular manufacturing website out there. Yeah sure a manufacturing website also likns to “ringtones” “games” “concerts” “schools”,…
What do you think? Should they get to sue AND make extra money on the site claiming they got spammed? I think it’s just stupid.
Thank You
