Sitemap Link Rel In Header

One of my pet peeves is trying to find something obvious and not being able to find it in millions of results from either google or yahoo, not to mention msn.

A simple thing I wanted was to find out the code to put your sitemap in your header so to show SEs where your sitemap is located, same theory for the wordpress link rel tags for feeds, but for the life of me no matter how many queries I tried I came up empty handed.

In case you are looking for the same thing I was here is the code, which I found through a loose network of my bookmarks:

Just put this code somewhere between the tags. That’s it now google or any other SE should be able to find your sitemap through your header.

Thank You
