The webmaster renowned Alexa, famous for it’s traffic rankings, had released an image search feature for their main site. This new image search is still in beta but Alexa plans to crawl every image on the net! Named the Alexa Image Search Beta it’s featured on the main Alexa page.
This new search has nothing to do with the previous Alexa Camera Image search. This prompted me to search around for other search engine Alexa may have made and I found the following four were in the makings:
Alexa Camera Image search - This feature let’s you search photos by camera and settings.
Alexa Robots.txt Search - Allows you to view a site’s robots.txt file to see which search engines, if any, it blocks.
Alexa Zip File Search - Searches the web for zip files only.
Alexa Hcard Search - Searches for Hcard contact info.
Note that none of these are being advertised as much as the new Alexa Image Search Beta.
Thank You
